Why we changed course.

We built websites, apps, and cloud systems for clients out of New Delhi. Real products, shipped and maintained. We learned what breaks in production the hard way: on live systems, at 2am, with customers watching.

Then AI changed who writes software. Founders started shipping real apps in weeks with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, and Claude. It's genuinely a good thing. But we kept seeing the same pattern: apps that worked in a demo and fell apart under real users, with exposed keys, no tests, and nobody to call when they broke.

So we repositioned around that gap. Today Cognify is the team that takes AI-built software the last mile: audit, fix, run, and grow. We're not a general agency anymore. We do one thing, and we do it for people who built fast and now need it to last.
