Context

KitchenX started as a fast build to prove the idea: a single system for billing, kitchen, and delivery. It found real restaurants quickly. Before we scaled it, we ran our own production-readiness audit on it.

What we found

✓Moved payment and messaging keys server-side and rotated them.

✓Added row-level security so one outlet can never read another's data.

✓Wrote tests around billing and KOT, the paths that must never break.

✓Set up CI/CD and nightly backups with a restore we actually tested.

RozKart is a minutes-fast grocery storefront. Speed was the whole point, so it was built quickly. That's exactly the kind of app that hides performance and data problems until traffic arrives.
