The services
We offer four services: the Production-Readiness Audit, the Rescue Sprint, Run & Protect, and Launch & Grow. What each includes, and its price, is set out on its page and confirmed in writing before we start.
Pricing and payment
The audit is a flat fee, paid up front. Rescue Sprints are a fixed price agreed before work begins. Retainers are billed monthly. Prices are shown in USD and INR. Your audit fee is credited against a Rescue Sprint if you proceed.
Guarantees
The audit is checklist-complete or your money back. Rescue Sprints are delivered to the agreed scope at the agreed price. Retainers run month to month after a one-month minimum, cancellable anytime.
Ownership
You own your code, your accounts, and your data. We take only the access needed to do the work, and return it cleanly when the engagement ends.
