Initiated by Client: If a client wishes to cancel their project midway, they are requested to communicate this in writing to our team. The decision to proceed with the cancellation will then be assessed based on the stage of the project and investments already made.
Initiated by Cognify Digital Pvt Ltd: While rare, there may be circumstances where we find it necessary to cancel a project due to unforeseen technical challenges, scope changes, or other significant reasons. In such cases, we will promptly notify the client and discuss the best way forward.
Services Unused: If a client chooses to cancel a project before any work has begun, they are eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees or initial consultation fees, where applicable.
Services Partly Used: For projects that are canceled midway, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the cost for the hours/services already delivered.
Services Fully Used: Once a project has been completed, or if the client has approved the final output, no refund will be provided.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: For ongoing digital marketing campaigns, clients can request cancellations for the upcoming month or subsequent periods. Previous months for which campaigns have run will not be eligible for refunds.
Timeline: Upon agreement on the refund amount, Cognify Digital Pvt Ltd will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Method: Refunds will typically be processed through the original payment method. If that’s not feasible, an alternative method will be discussed.
Special Circumstances: In special circumstances, Cognify Digital Pvt Ltd might choose to offer a more generous refund than what is stated in this policy, at its sole discretion.
Policy Changes: Cognify Digital Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy. Any significant changes will be communicated to our clients.
