Information Accuracy: Clients must furnish accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by applicable registration forms or project briefs.
Conduct: Clients are expected to use our digital solutions in a lawful manner, ensuring no violations of applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
Security: Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and account provided by them or us for accessing our services. They are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Unauthorized Use: Clients should refrain from unauthorized attempts to disrupt our platforms, services, or any related networks, or bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the service.
Collaboration: Clients must respect the collaborative approach integral to our services, the rights of other clients, and our dedicated staff. Harassment or the use of aggressive, derogatory, or demeaning language is strictly prohibited.
Proprietary Rights: All services provided, including software, documentation, and any related technology, remain the proprietary property of Cognify Digital Pvt Ltd or its licensors.
Late Payments: Late payments may accrue additional charges as determined by Cognify Digital Pvt Ltd.
Fees: Clients agree to pay all applicable fees related to their use of our services, as determined by our billing procedures
By Cognify Digital Pvt Ltd: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services of any client in case of non-compliance with these terms, misrepresentation, or malicious activities without prior notice.
By Client: Clients may terminate their agreement with prior notice as per the contract’s stipulations. Fees for services rendered up to the point of termination will still apply.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cognify Digital Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any losses, damages, fines, and expenses arising out of or relating to any claims that they breached any representation, warranty, or covenants in these terms.
We provide diverse technology services including web development, app development, digital marketing, graphic design and trainings.
